My Story

The Hague is the place where I was born, the place where I started school as a toddler, and where I grew up. It has so many different elements in one city: International Corporations, International Courts, one of the King’s Palaces, the center of Dutch politics, beautiful seasides, beaches, universities, and so much more. During my studies in The Hague, I started my own business and together with my team created a brand new product. What started as a school project is now a product being sold in over 35 stores across the Netherlands, and it has expanded to other countries. I have learned that combining creativity with persistence can make ideas a reality. I’m thrilled that my city is hosting the One Young World conference this year! I’m excited to connect with other young leaders and to learn how my own startup can contribute to a better world.
