My Story

Growing up I have personally experienced racism, discrimination, inequality, and other negative forms of treatments. This basically happened everywhere around the globe. Luckely. these experiences have strengthened me so I can stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves and made me decide to fight for compassion, equality, and inclusiveness. In the past years, I have collaborated on several occasions by building bridges between different parts of the world. For example, I have given leadership training and courses to people from different professional and cultural backgrounds. I hope to tackle even broader topics during upcoming events and moments in life in order to be of more value to the world.

By educating others and creating awareness, I hope people will realize we are all just humans, we are the same, and we should be treated the same. I believe that being in The Hague – the international hub of justice, peace, and policy making – gives me a platform to achieve my goals. And, I hope by attending the OYW Summit in The Hague, I  will inspire and trigger new ideas and collaborations to empower young leaders like myself to make a difference, and potentially solve world issues, and be the change we want to be.

Three Must Things

1. ‘La Lanterna’: It is a delicious authentic Italian restaurant.
2. ‘Fat Kee’: The best Chinese Restaurant in the Netherlands.
3. A nice walk around the city. I suggest starting from the city centre and walking towards the direction of the beach.
